EarthDrive for Earth Day Contest

• Who can participate?

  Contestants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada at the time of submission to be eligible.
  
  All submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Management and employees of ATP, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries.

  
  
• Conditions

  By participating in this promotion, Parent or legal Guardian agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all injury and loss to any person or property relating to delivery and use or misuse of any prize awarded. By entering this Contest all entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. No transfer, substitution, or exchange of any prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of any entrant for promotional purposes without further compensation. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
